Tri-County Restoration was founded by Rob Thornton in 2009. Rob has over 22 years of home maintenance service repair experience, having started working with his family's HVAC business in 1997. In this industry, he learned the importance of customer service, the importance of educating the customer, explaining what was wrong with their system and, what needed to be done to make the necessary repairs. In 2009, Tri-County Restoration was started.

Our Team
Rob Thornton is the founder of Tri-County Restoration. Rob has over 22 years in the home repair service industry. Rob has experience in HVAC, fire, water, and mold mitigation, and over 14 years in construction. Rob grew up at the Reservoir, attended Northwest Rankin High School, and a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University. Rob resides in Madison, is married to Melissa, and they have 2 daughters, Mary Swayze and Macy Logan.
